Simple African/Caribbean stew



Sauté onions, ginger, and garlic with some salt and pepper. Then add peas and water...boil for 20 minutes then add the potato, cumin, coriander and a bit of crushed red pepper. When the taters are ready throw in the collards and cover for 10 minutes...optional: nutritional yeast. Enjoy!
